MELTING CHEESE

Creamy, and moist, our white melting cheese is similar to fresh mozzarella, but with a slightly sharper flavor profile.

Use it grated to add an interesting twist to casseroles, baked Italian dishes like Lasagna or canneloni. Slice it to create the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich or burger. Or use it for delicious empanadas and arepas.

The melting cheese comes in a 6 lb. loaf. You can have lots at home, or get what you need at the deli section of your favorite grocery store.
